II MORGAN TRUST

Reference was made to Article VIII(41) of the minute of meeting of the City Council of 13th May 1999 wherein it was agreed that two members of the Administration, one member of the Major Opposition Group and one member of the Minority Group be appointed to serve on the above.

There was submitted Agenda Note AN212-2002 intimating that, following the resignation of Councillor de Gernier, this position required to be filled by a member of the Administration.

The Council appointed Councillor Shimi.

III DUNDEE UNIVERSITY COURT

Reference was made to Article VIII(33) of the minute of meeting of the City Council of 13th May 1999 wherein it was agreed that the Lord Provost and one member of the Administration be appointed to serve on the above.

There was submitted Agenda Note AN213-2002 intimating that, following the resignation of Councillor de Gernier, this position required to be filled by a member of the Administration.

The Council appointed Councillor Glen.

IV ASSOCIATION OF PUBLIC SERVICE EXCELLENCE (FORMERLY ASSOCIATION OF DIRECT LABOUR ORGANISATIONS)

Reference was made to Article VIII(3) of the minute of meeting of the City Council of 13th May 1999 wherein it was agreed that one member of the Administration, one member of the Major Opposition Group and one member of the Minority Group be appointed to serve on the above.

There was submitted Agenda Note AN214-2002 intimating that, following the resignation of Councillor Petrie from the Major Opposition Group, this position required to be filled by a member of the Major Opposition Group.

The Council appointed Councillor FitzPatrick.

V CITY OF DUNDEE SPORTS COUNCIL

Reference was made to Article VIII(14) of the minute of meeting of the City Council of 13th May 1999 wherein it was agreed that one member of the Administration, one member of the Major Opposition Group and one member of the Minority Group be appointed to serve on the above.

There was submitted Agenda Note AN215-2002 intimating that, following the resignation of Councillor FitzPatrick, this position required to be filled by a member of the Major Opposition Group.

The Council appointed Councillor Bowes.

VI DUNDEE SOCIETY FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED

Reference was made to Article VIII(32) of the minute of meeting of the City Council of 13th May 1999 wherein it was agreed that one member of the Administration and one member of the Major Opposition Group be appointed to serve on the above.

There was submitted Agenda Note AN216-2002 intimating that, following the resignation of Councillor Fordyce, this position required to be filled by a member of the Major Opposition Group.

The Council appointed Councillor Barrie

VII DOVETAIL ENTERPRISES

Reference was made to Article VIII(17) of the minute of meeting of the City Council of 13th May 1999 wherein it was agreed that two members of the Administration, one member of the Major Opposition Group and one member of the Minority Group be appointed to serve on the above.

There was submitted Agenda Note AN217-2002 intimating that, following the resignation of Councillor Fordyce, this position required to be filled by a member of the Major Opposition Group.

The Council appointed Councillor Sawers.

VIII DUNDEE LEGAL ADVICE ASSOCIATION

Reference was made to Article VIII(27) of the minute of meeting of the City Council of 13th May 1999 wherein it was agreed that one member of the Administration be appointed to serve on the above.

There was submitted Agenda Note AN218-2002 intimating that, following the resignation of Councillor Shimi, this position required to be filled by a member of the Administration.

The Council appointed Councillor Grant.
