I HOUSING IMPROVEMENT TASK FORCE RESPONSE TO FIRST REPORT
The Director of Housing submitted Report No 533-2002 advising the Committee on the above paper and requesting authority to submit a draft response from Dundee City Council to the consultation exercise on the report.
The Committee agreed to the submission of Appendices 1 and 2 of the report as Dundee City Council's response.
II VARIOUS HOUSING PROPERTIES - CARRIERS AND REMOVAL CONTRACTS
The City Architectural Services Officer submitted Report No 549-2002 on offers received to carry out the carriers and removal contracts at various housing properties.
The Committee agreed to accept the two tenders returned by Alexander Removals and Dundee Removal Service.
