Housing, Dundee Contract Services And Environment Services Committee - 15/04/2002

At a MEETING of the DSO COMMITTEE held at Dundee on 15th April, 2002.

I SUPPLY OF TYRES AND TYRE REPAIRS 2002/2003

There was submitted Report No 232-2002 by the Director of Dundee Contract Services informing the Committee of rates submitted by Tyre Suppliers and Tyre Repairers for the supply of tyres and tyre repairs, as and when required for the financial year 2002/2003.

The Committee agreed to accept the prices tendered and that they would be drawn on in order of price tendered with consideration given to availability and service.

The successful tenderers were:-

Tayside Tyres, Dundee

Motor Way Tyre and Autocentres, Dundee

McConechy's Tyre & Exhaust Centres, Dundee.

II HIRE OF BUILDERS SKIPS 2002/2003

There was submitted Report No 160-2002 by the Director of Dundee Contract Services informing the Committee of rates submitted by Hirers of Builders Skips for the supply of builders skips, as and when required for the financial year 2002/2003.

The Committee agreed to accept the prices tendered by Dundee City Council Environmental and Consumer Protection Department for the supply of builders skips for the financial year 2002/2003.
