There was submitted the undernoted application:-

The Board, after hearing agents on behalf of the objector and the applicant, agreed that the application for the grant of a Betting Office Licence be refused.

II LICENSING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1976

APPLICATIONS FOR THE GRANT (INCLUDING THE PROVISIONAL GRANT) OF NEW LICENCES

There was submitted the undernoted application:-

The Board gave consideration to observations which had been received from the Environmental and Consumer Protection Department and, after hearing the applicant on his own behalf, agreed that the application for the provisional grant of a new licence be granted.
