I REVIEW OF SHELTERED HOUSING WARDENS SERVICE CHARGE
The Director of Housing and the Director of Social Work submitted Joint Report No. 49-2002 setting out the proposed Sheltered Housing Wardens Service Charge for the financial year 2002/03.
The Committee agreed that:-
(a)the Sheltered Housing Wardens Service Charge be increased by 3.10 to 16.72 per week for tenants receiving the Sheltered Housing Wardens Service from 1st April, 2002;
(b)the current protection scheme be extended to cover the increase for existing tenants who contributed to the Sheltered Housing Wardens Service Charge.
