II PLANNING ENFORCEMENT - POLICY AND RESOURCES
There was submitted Report No. 623-2000 by the Directors of Planning and Transportation and Personnel and Management Services relative to the above.
The Committee approved the recommendations in the report so far as its interests were concerned that:-
(a) the Planning Enforcement Policy as set out in the Appendix to the report be adopted;
(b) the policy be published as a report to be made available to the public free of charge;
(c) an annual review of the policy be carried out in March each year; and
(d)the establishment of a direct action budget as detailed in the policy statement be approved.
