I UNAUDITED STATEMENT OF ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST MARCH, 2001
There was submitted Report No. 426-2001 by the Director of Finance providing some additional commentary on the unaudited Statement of Accounts.
The Committee;
(i) noted the contents of this Report
(iinoted the unaudited Statement of Accounts which had been submitted along with this Report
(iii)instructed the Director of Finance to submit these Statement of Accounts to the Controller of Audit, Accounts Commission for Scotland
(a) DUNDEE CITY COUNCIL
The above accounts (Report No. 427-2001) were submitted and noted.
(b) DIRECT LABOUR ORGANISATION
The above accounts (Report No. 423-2001) were submitted and noted.
(c) DIRECT SERVICE ORGANISATIONS
The above accounts (Report No. 424-2001) were submitted and noted.
II FINANCE DEPARTMENT SERVICE PLAN 1999/2002 - PERFORMANCE INDICATORS 2000/2001
There was submitted Report No 415-2001 by the Director of Finance relative to the above.
The Committee noted the progress in 2000/2001 towards the performance targets set for each service in the Finance Department Service Plan 1999/2002.
