The exciting ScrapAntics Family Club holiday activities begin next Monday 4 July. Families can join fun outdoor activities with the Countryside Ranger Service, try puppet making with our partner organisation How it Felt and get involved in creative activities, including designing recycled creatures at Fruit Bowls Community Garden, opposite Ancrum Road Primary School next to Lochee Park.

The full activity programme is below. Please note the change in some outdoor locations.

Booking is essential and places are limited. Please get in touch for more information or to book your place.

All activities are free. Children must be accompanied by an adult family member.

All times are 1 to 3pm.

Monday 4 July: Activities with the Ranger Service at Templeton Woods. Meet at the Visitor Centre at 1pm. Explore the trees and toast marshmallows on the campfire. For children aged 6 years and up.

Wednesday 6 July: Make Recycled Creatures at Fruit Bowls Garden and play Bug Bingo! For children aged 6 years and up.

Thursday 7 July: Activities with the Ranger Service at Broughty Ferry Beach. Try a scavenger hunt and art activity by the water. For children aged 6 years and up.

Saturday 9 July: Make Designs Using Salt Dough at Fruit Bowls Garden. For toddlers and older children.

Monday 11 July: Activities with the Ranger Service at Camperdown Park. Meet at the Mansion House at 1pm. Pond dipping to find creatures in the water. For toddlers and older children.

Tuesday 12 July: Puppet Making with How it Felt. Please contact for more details. For children aged 6 years and up.

Wednesday 13 July: Make Recycled Creatures at Fruit Bowls Garden. For children aged 6 years and up.

Thursday 14 July: Activities with the Ranger Service at Clatto Country Park. Family Games in the park. For toddlers and older children.

Friday 15 July: Puppet Making with How it Felt. Please contact for more details. For children aged 6 years and up.

Saturday 16 July: Making Herbal Margarine and Bread at Fruit Bowls Garden. For toddlers and older children.

Tuesday 26 July: Puppet Making with How it Felt. Please contact for more details. For children aged 6 years and up.

Friday 29 July: Puppet Making with How it Felt. Please contact for more details. For children aged 6 years and up..
