Join us for our fun filled and relaxing Meditation Group. In this group we will visit meditations and mindfulness in its various forms, allowing us to sit in stillness and calm the mind. Reconnecting to our bodies and breath. There will be guided meditations and various mindfulness approaches allowing us to grow in all aspects of life. Sit back, relax and be guided through a mind and body relaxation and visualization. Leave with an increased sense of well-being and a positive and peaceful state of mind. This group takes a light hearted and fun approach, encouraging laughter and joy. Please arrive a little early - doors will close at 7.00 pm
