Notice is hereby given that the City Council is carrying out a review of polling districts and polling places. The Returning Officer will make comment on proposed polling stations.
Electors in Dundee may make a representation both on the Council's proposals and on the returning officer's comments.
The Council would particularly welcome representations from any person or body with expertise in access for persons with any type of disability.
Persons or bodies making representations should, if possible, give alternative places that may be used as polling places.

Proposals are available for inspection below and also at the following addresses:
- Reception, 20 City Square, Dundee, Monday to Fridays 8.45am to 4.45pm
- Broughty Ferry Library, Queen Street, Broughty Ferry - Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am to 7pm, Wednesday 10am to 7pm, Thursday 9am to 1pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm
- Lochee Library, High Street, Lochee - Monday 9am to 7pm, Tuesday and Friday 9am to 5.30pm, Wednesday 10am to 5.30pm, Thursday 9am to 1pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm
Draft and final proposals will be available in accordance with the following timetable:-
