To support you, the Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership has established a team to deal with requests for advice and assistance from people who are aged 16 or over and require services. The Dundee Health and Social Care Partnership First Contact Team works with people who are aged 16 or over.
This team is committed to providing a fast referral and assessment service for people who currently receive support, or may need support in the future.
