I DECLARATION OF INTEREST

There were no declarations of interest.

II CONSULTATION ON LATE OPENING LIQUOR AND CATERING PREMISES

There was submitted Report No 489-2013 by the Head of Democratic and Legal Services reporting on the consultations carried out on behalf of the Board and Committee regarding opening hours for liquor licensed and late hours catering premises respectively.

The Committee agreed to amend its existing policy on Late Hours Catering Licence closing times to allow the hours of opening to be extended to 3.30 am within the area of the City Centre as defined within the current policy and that a report be submitted to the meeting of this Committee to be held on 5th October, 2013 for review of the City Centre area to include West Port and Nethergate areas, together with any other areas as appropriate.
