In the case of Application Nos 1, 5, 9, 10, 18, 19, 23, and 24, the Committee noted that the applicants had now submitted their Unique Tax Reference Numbers to allow their applications to be processed and there being no further objections, the applications had been granted by the Clerk in terms of the Scheme of Delegation.

In the case of Application Nos 3, 8, 11, 13, 14 and 17, the Committee, having heard the applicants on their own behalf and consideration of the advice of the Clerk, agreed that consideration of the applications be deferred to the next meeting of the Committee.

Councillor Laurie Bidwell entered the Chamber prior to consideration of Application No 8.

Councillor Jimmy Black declared a non-financial interest in Application No 8 by virtue of the applicant being known to him in a personal capacity and took no part in the proceedings.

In the case of Application Nos 2, 4, 6, 7, 12, 15, 16, 20, 21 and 22, the Committee noted that the applicants were not present and agreed that the applications be considered in their absence. Thereafter, having heard the Clerk, the Committee agreed that the applications be considered incompetent.
