Cases Sub-committee - 25/10/2001

At a MEETING of the REGISTRATION AND CASES SUB-COMMITTEE of the SOCIAL WORK COMMITTEE held at Dundee on 25th October, 2001.

The Sub-Committee resolved under Section 50(A)(4) of the Local Government (Scotland) Act 1973, that the public be excluded from the meeting for the undernoted items of business on the grounds that they involved the disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 5 of Part I of Schedule 7(A) of the Act.

I REVIEW OF CARE PLAN - J.G.

It was noted that Report No 692-2001 by the Director of Social Work had been withdrawn.

Arising therefrom, it was remitted to the Director of Social Work to submit a report to a future meeting of the Sub-Committee outlining the Council's legal responsibilities in respect of J.G. when he reached the age of sixteen years.

II REGISTRATION OF RESIDENTIAL AND OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS

There was submitted Report No 695-2001 by the Director of Social Work seeking approval to register a change of address for a residential establishment.

The Committee approved the application subject to the conditions detailed in the report.
