Annual Consumer Survey Report

The Council carries out a Consumer Survey every year.  It helps us check if we are achieving the objectives in the Council Plan. The main purpose is to track over time a set of questions related to customer care and the public's perception of the Council.

The survey also asks about fear of crime and include questions about the way in which people access, or would like to access, Council services. The survey is carried out by an independent market research company and is based on a sample of 800 citizens.
