NEW - eBStds Fee Calculator is out of date as of 1st April 2024

Building Standards fees in Scotland have changed.

At present, these changes have not be updated in the eBStds Fee Calculator. If you use the fee calculator you will NOT calculate the correct fee and this will delay the processing our your application.

We are currently working on updating our fee calculator to reflect these changes and will complete this in the coming weeks. We ask all users NOT TO USE the Fee Calculator until it has been updated

IMPORTANT - The eBStds Fee Calculator is out of date

Until the fee calculator is updated, we ask that all users refer to our new BStds Fees List (April 2024) or our Simple Fee Calculator (will open in MS Excel). These should be used instead of the Fee Calculator.
